Periodontal treatment is an ongoing type of care from which patients never really graduate. We want to do everything possible to share the responsibility of the patients periodontal health, which you have shared with us. We want to be supportive of you and your practice, and do not want to usurp any of the dental services you feel your patient needs. However, for both of us to help your patient, we need to periodically see your patient for continued periodontal evaluation and maintenance. We want to emphasize that we refer the patient back to you both verbally and in our treatment completion letter, of which you receive copies. We want you and your staff to regard us as a valuable resource for periodontal and implant information and hope you enjoy our website.
