Everyone I have had contact with at this office is very professional. They are a very caring and friendly group who exhibit a high level of competence.

Cleaning

This was a normal cleaning appt. The hygenist caught a problem that required surgery the next day. She caught a real problem in the making. Good job.

One of the best dental appointments I have had in a very long life

Reception and staff are always friendly but Evelyn was superb. She answered my many questions for I have been ill and suffered from dry mouth and another problem for months. The new digital equipment for x-ray is the most comfortable I've ever experienced.

Thorough!

A warm and friendly environment and staff. Although I was sitting in the patient chair, I felt like I was having a nice visit with a good friend. Dr. Francis was thorough with the exam, used a model to explain my condition and gave me comprehensive information about the different treatment options....I left the office thankful that I have a good doctor to help me.

I think Dr. Francis did a wonderful job my implants and I like him not only as a professional but I just like him as a person. I really like the routine he has set set up for the hygentist(?) and really look forward having my teeth cleaned. It is really cool Dr. Francis has set up this kind of feedback and the notices on email for alerting the appointments is also very good.
