Meet Bev

I have been working with Dr. Francis since 1997. I came to this office not knowing anything about dentistry. With on the job training and continuing education courses I became very comfortable at my position. Working with him and his staff has been a great experience.

I am responsible for doing the insurance, scheduling patients and the all around office go to person. As the insurance coordinator, I try very hard to lessen the burden of insurance for our patients so they can give their full attention to their treatment. When not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter. son and my two granddaughters.

Meet Linda

I joined Dr. Francis' practice in 1971 as a chairside dental assistant. A native of Chicago, I received my dental assisting education at Loyola University in Maywood as a Certified Dental Assistant. My focus is primarily on patient education and chair-side assisting.

There is a running thought that I grew up in this practice and truly believe I landed where I am supposed to be. Continued education and being ahead of the trends in Dentistry that Dr. Francis has led our staff through has benefited my skills in Dentistry. (He leaves a good “wake”)

My JOY on a daily basis is the interaction with our patients and helping them make informed decisions.

My non-clinical responsibilities in the office have traveled through all areas over the years from inventory, account payables, management and I compose all patient Information letters for the referring dentists regarding their patients. I am generally a worker bee!

I enjoy cooking and baking, crossword puzzles and using my organizational skills whenever I can.

Meet Ellen

I joined the"Dr Francis Team" in 2002 Prior to that I worked in General Dentistry for 20 years. Being a Surgical assistant to Dr Francis can be challenging yet very rewarding. It is a pleasure to help a patient through a procedure, from their first apprehensions to the great end result and all the while, learning and growing professionally.

When I'm not working I enjoy watching movies with my husband and spending time with my 4 children, 2 grandchildren and playing with our 3 dogs.

Meet Carole

I started working for Dr. Francis in 1983. With the guidance of Dr. Francis and continuing education courses, I have made a career out of something I love to do.

I am business manager of our administrative department, handling all accounts receivable and financial arrangements for our patients.

As a patient coordinator I am responsible in scheduling all surgical appointments and guide our patients through their treatment to make their experience as comfortable as possible.

I have been blessed with a wonderful family, my husband of 36 years, 2 sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, 4 beautiful granddaughters and our dog "Jackson".

Meet Evelyn   

I started my dental career in 1975 after graduating as a Certified Dental Assistant from Morton College in Cicero, Illinois.  I received my Dental Hygiene Degree in 1995 from Harper College in Palatine, Ilinois.  I am a member of the West Suburban Dental Hygiene Society and am licensed in Illinois and North Carolina.  I have certification in local anesthetic and CPR. I joined Dr Francis' staff in 2010.  My love for continuing education and my patients dental health makes my life ever growing and rewarding.  I enjoy traveling, reading and golf.

Meet Barb

I began my Dental career as a Dental Assistant in 1987.  I received my Bachelor of Science and Dental Hygiene degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1988.  I am a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association.  It is very rewarding to work with Dr. Francis and his patients.  I enjoy sending time with my husband and our three beautiful daughters.
